Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a completely natural state of consciousness that we all
experience every day. If you ever get completely absorbed in a good film
or a good book, or drive along a freeway and drift into a day dream you
are entering into a form of natural hypnotic trance. You’re awake and
aware but your conscious mind is distracted. Hypnosis allows patients to focus intently on a specific problem and its resolution while maintaining a comfortable state of physical relaxation. It also helps clients to enhance control over their body responses.
Hypnotherapy is used effectively as either a primary or adjunctive therapeutic tool
for treating over a hundred behavioral, emotional, medical, and mental
health issues, across a the spectrum of human experience and for both
adults and children. We use it to Stop Smoking, for Weight Control, to
erase Fears and Phobias, enhance Personal Growth, promote and generate
better Health & Wellness, and we use it for Performance Enhancement
at work, at home, and at play. The possibilities are almost limitless.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
NLP is a skill set that is used in all sorts of fields from medicine, education, therapy, coaching and personal growth to name but a few. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior (programming).
NLP serves as a powerful complement to hypnotherapy and Timeline
Therapy in creating positive and lasting behavioral and emotional
changes, helping you on the road to more vital, happy, and fulfilling
life.
Coaching
Coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve
personal goals. Our coaches help clients set and reach goals using a
variety of tools and techniques. Coaches are not counselor nor
consultants. Coaching draws inspiration from
disciplines including sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counseling, mentoring, and other types of counseling. Coaching
is a powerful partnership that can empower, shift, and change your life and
business.
CBT
Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapeutic
treatment that helps patients understand the thoughts and feelings that
influence behaviors. CBT is commonly used to treat a wide range of
disorders, including phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety. Cognitive behavior therapy is generally short-term and focused on
helping clients deal with a very specific problem. During the course of
treatment, people learn how to identify and change destructive or
disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior.
Solution Based Therapy
Solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), often referred to as 'brief therapy', is a type of talking therapy that it's focuses on what clients want to achieve through therapy rather than on the problem(s) that made them seek help. The approach does not focus on the past, but instead, focuses on the present and future. This form of therapy involves reviewing and dissecting the client’s
vision, and determining what skills, resources, and abilities the client
will develop and use to attain his desired outcome.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology is a relatively new form of
psychology that has its emphasis on the practical realization of the
positive influences in one’s life, such as positive character strengths,
optimistic emotions, and constructive institutions. This theory is
based on the belief that happiness is derived from various factors, both
emotional and mental. Positive psychology aims to help people identify
the happiness moment to moment, rather than only in retrospection.
Clients who receive this type of treatment are able to experience a
greater sense of joy and liberation during their current life
circumstances, and they strive to stay focused on the positive emotions
they experience in the present moment.
EMDR
Eye
movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a fairly new,
nontraditional type of therapy. It's growing in popularity, particularly
for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). PTSD often occurs
after experiences such as military combat, physical assault, rape, or
car accidents. After successful treatment with EMDR, affective distress is relieved,
negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced.
Past Life Regression Therapy
Past
life regression therapy, also known as Past Life Therapy, or Regression
Therapy, is based upon the premise that we are eternal beings who carry
forward learning and experiences from one human lifetime to another. As
eternal souls, we experience physical life on Earth in a series of
human bodies/personalities. On a soul level, we choose each life as a
means of learning the lessons we have set out for ourselves. Of course,
some people believe we only live one human lifetime. In this case, the
stories elicited by this therapeutic approach serve as marvelous
symbolic metaphors for the issues and situations being faced in the
present time. Whether uncovering real past lives or not, the approach
has helped many people resolve issues and get past stuck points that
were resistant to other approaches. In addition, it is a fascinating way
to experience other aspects of your self and personality.
Meditation
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits
both your emotional well-being and your overall health. And these
benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can
help carry you more calmly through your day and can even improve certain
medical conditions.
We provide our clients with the knowledge of practical Meditation “off the mat” and how to use it productively and constructively in their daily lives. Without much effort, our clients find ways to turn this new present awareness into a never-ending gift they consistently give to themselves and to others day after day.
Ways to meditate can include: Guided Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, and Transcendental Meditation.
Life’s path should be meaningful and satisfactory.
